Music Technician
During 6th form I worked part time in the music room as a technician.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the Music Computers (2pcs, 9 Atari's) and equipment.
- Supporting pupils using Cubase.
- Setting up equipment for performances.
- Supporting the teacher during lessons.

I have a contributed and created websites for people and myself. I am a keen XHTML and CSS user, which is becoming more and more popular and a must for most government sites and some other associations, and I also use PHP and JavaScript and have experimented with ASP, VBScript and XML.

- ICT Help Desk - A web based support system that allows people to ask for support, request equipment and keep technicians informed of any problems.
- Virtual Tour - A virtual tour of Blackheath High school, which involves taking photographs of rooms and then making them interactive so, a viewer can spin around the room which will be web based.
- Web based photo gallery - This is a photo gallery that can easily be modified to fit any website and allows the use of albums within albums and people are able to leave comments about the images.
Other Information:
While at 6th form I supported the ICT technicians maintaining the school network and supporting teachers along with helping develop and maintain the website. In my spare time I am a volunteer at a local variety group as a technician. This involves setting up and running equipment for shows and rehearsals. Maintaining the sound and lighting equipment to make sure everything is working. Helping train people how to use the equipment. I also help some schools prepare for shows and presentation evenings and supply some equipment to both schools and the variety group if needed.
